What you’ll be doing:
• New starter onboarding for clients
• Inputting and processing HR data onto our systems
• Create HR data reports and provide HR metrics
• Creation of basic letters including employee change notifications
• Absence, holiday and HR system administration
• Conducting exit interviews
• Obtaining references on behalf of clients
• Drafting HR related forms for example induction processes and probationary reviews
• Provide recruitment support including writing job adverts, short listing and arranging interviews
• Maintaining client files and our internal database
• Map out and create process workflows

GCSE A*-C/9-4 maths and English
• Professional, confidential and a good team player
• A keen interest in HR
• Strong administration experience
• A basic knowledge of HR and employment law
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High level of customer awareness and commitment to deliver a high standard of service
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and organise and manage own workload
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to proficiently use IT systems including Microsoft Office
• Ability to input data onto HR systems and databases and to understand system configuration
• Experience working in a fast paced environment
• A high level of flexibility
• Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
