To provide general support to the Finance Team, in the day to day central finance function as well as the delivery of services to parishes across the Diocese.
A normal day would include:
• Invoice checking, processing, scanning and file maintenance
• Bank reconciliations
• Supplier statement reconciliations and invoice queries
• Processing banking
• Debtor statement reconciliations including matching of transactions
• Liaising with suppliers, staff and parish representatives
• Monitoring of Finance inbox
