A normal day would include:
For the position of Apprentice Contracts Administrator, you should have proven experience of working within a busy and pressurised environment. You will be working alongside Commercial and Logistics department to ensure documentation packs are correct, using our ERP system. You will be communicating with different departments, and occasionally with other facilities that fall within our group.
• Maintaining accurate and updated records of orders and jobs
• Ensuring all paperwork is complete with correct information and all the requirements are transferred
• Capture and action any special instructions that have not been actioned
• Ensuring correct materials are attached to the works orders on the system
• Ensuring drawings and certifications are attached to the system and instruction on the paperwork are clear to follow
• Supporting Procurement and Warehouse team to ensure availability of the materials and goods to meet on time delivery
• Collecting data and capturing incorrect documentation packs
• Working closely with the Procurement, Production, Compliance and Sales team.
• Data integrity, maintaining accurate production records (batches/lots/jobs)
• Data entry, supporting the generation and inputting of Bill of Materials (BOMS) into the ERP system
• Working with relevant internal team to collect key cross functional information to support the smooth expediting of goods and services (eg. Product Commodity Codes and country of origin declarations and export licencing, Certifications)
• Supporting the delivery of cross functional tasks and data entry initiatives (projects).
• Support the identification and resolution of any documentation issues or errors
• Customer Service support, driving quick resolution of customer and sales queries.
• Contacting customer for information requests or clarifications as applicable
• Exhibit total flexibility in the role to suit any situation that the business requires.
• Submit an idea of improvement once every three months

• 5 GCSE’s A*-C/9-4 or equivalent, must include Maths and English
