A wonderful opportunity providing administrative support to the HR & Training department where required, supporting the current team. This is a critical role in all aspects of accuracy, attention to detail, confidentiality and record management.
A normal day would include:
• Provide administrative support to the HR & Training Team
• Liaising with training providers and booking/scheduling courses
• Purchase order creation for preferred training providers on the system
• Answering queries from the training inbox
• Sending out course invites from the training diary with joining instructions
• Creating and sending out log in details for mandatory training i.e asbestos awareness, manual handling, ladder safety
• Liaising with project/operations coordinators re mandatory training
• Chasing up and sending out delegate certificates
• Tracking courses, costs and certificates on the course tracker and keeping tracker up-to-date
• Creating induction packs
• Pre-employment and new starter processes
• Maintaining staff personnel records (electronic)
