A normal day would include:
Key Duties:
• Dealing with email and telephone enquiries from members of the public
• Providing advice on boating matters including licensing and mooring rules
• Assisting with arrears recover
• Assisting with land and ownership queries
• Updating Management Information on the MRI database
• Assisting with canal inspections including mooring sites
• Issuing boat licenses
• Scanning of agreements, leases and other documents as and when required
• General admin duties as directed
• Site inspections/visits as and when required
What you could go on to do:
This role will develop, and the right person could progress onto a Property Management degree.
