Working in a busy warehouse environment, to ensure that stock is unloaded for storage, sorted, wrapped and prepared for daily collections by the courier. Maintaining accurate stock control of goods in and out of the warehouse.

A normal day would include
The main duties within the Warehouse department include:
Receiving goods
Checking goods meet the required specification
Booking in on the computerized system
Storing correctly
Re packing for dispatch
Wrapping and labeling goods
Preparing for postal or transport deliveries
Clearing and tidying of work environment
What you could go on to do
Progress to an Advanced Apprenticeship in Warehousing and Storage Level 3
Progress to learning other aspects of the business
How you will be supported
Full training and support will be provided by our expert training and assessment staff at The Skills Company in conjunction with the experienced onsite team in the Department.
