A normal day would include:
The role of an administration apprentice:
• Updating and use of our CRM (customer relationship management system)
• Creating and managing client cases on the firm database
• Scanning, processing, and actioning all internal and external post.
• Drafting external and internal letters & emails (with supervision)
• Learning how to proficiently Inputting data and review information, in line with the firm’s procedures.
• Developing confidence & understanding of communicating and maintain, ongoing contact with clients and colleagues in professional manner.
• Using and become skilled in the company’s IT systems, including applications such as MS Office.
• Leaning, understanding, and ensuring the businesses policies are adhered to, covering areas such as privacy and GDPR
• Becoming confident in your responsibilities and learning self-management for the work you carry out.
• Learn and understand the relevant legislation, policies, procedures, and case types that apply to your role.
Assisting with organisation of the firms’ practical requirements, events, meetings, and any plans.
What you could go on to do
We are currently a small team but are expecting a period of large growth. With the right person with the right attitude, and our in-house training, this person could go on to progress to a paralegal.

Full training and support will be provided by The Growth Company to help you achieve your apprenticeship and reach your full potential in your role. We also offer ‘on the job’ training with our more senior administrators and paralegals to support you.
